The Battle of Agincourt by Rahul Pradeep Nair 13 yrs

The field was red with the blood of the French
Outnumbered we were with the skills of a bench
Slain was many an Englishman
Until onto the field the archers ran
Arrows of death flying on swift wings
Around the French the English ran rings
After the battle they caught the last survivor amongst the dead
They planned to cut off his head

Before the execution King Henry said to his army, “He has done no wrong to you or me”
A furious soldier sneered, “Except at the battle of Agincourt where did us some discourtesy”
They sliced his head off like butter cut by a knife
And so the English took the last life
Of those who fought at the Battle of Agincourt.
